Please visit Mrs. Seebohm at the Administration Office to charge your accounts.

Price per A4 Page in black and white: EUR 0,05.-
Price per A4 Page in color: EUR 0,25.-

Minimum Payment: EUR 5,00.-

Payments only in Cash or via Maestro Card

Visit the 'Forgotten your username or password?' website and enter your LBS email address (firstname.lastname@lbs.ac.at).
You will receive an email to reset your password within a few minutes.

There are two options:

1. Visit the webmail portal
2. Set up the email account on your device (computer/mobile phone)
   
   

1. Visit the webmail portal

Open a web browser, visit https://kasmail.kasserver.com/ and login with your email address and your email password.

2. Set up the email account on your device

To setup the email account on your device please use the following settings:

Important: The outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires authentication (SSL + Port 587) - Otherwise you can't send emails from your device!

1. Visit the webmail portal (https://kasmail.kasserver.com/) and login with your LBS email address and your email password.
   
   
2. Go to 'Settings' => 'Email' => 'Carbon copy'.
   
   
3. Enter an email address for forwarding and click 'Save'.

3. Enter an new password and click 'Save'.

You cannot reset your LBS email password by yourself! Please write an email to administrator@lbs.ac.at to request a reset.

If you have not used your Bloomberg account for more than 90 days, you need to reactivate your account.

To reactivate your account, you must call the Bloomberg support desk which is open 24/7. The AT number is +43 1 513 266 032.
